Yes, it is hard to understand why people view art, love it, favorite it, feature it, whatever, and yet they still do not take the time to understand -why- they like it. This is amazing, and it's a VERY original idea. Though the light was of a different type of source than in a normal composition, you did a very wonderful job of showing how it traveled along the face and underside of his arms. The -only- thing I can find in here that I can suggest to help improve this is to maybe use a little more shading further away from the light...you showed a lot of great highlights and midtones, but it needs a few more shadows. Maybe along the shirt edges further away from the light, or even show a few folds in the shirt. Either way---VERY original, VERY neat, VERY in need of a feature. ill definitely look into that.
